The Three Seas Writers' and Translators' Council (TSWTC) is a co-operation of the writers' and translators' unions around the Baltic, the Black and the Aegean Sea. It is the outcome of two cultural cruises, one in the Baltic Sea in 1992, and another in the Black and Aegean Sea in 1994. The TSWTC closely co-operates with the International Centre for Writers and Translators in Rhodes, in compliance with the aims of the UNESCO.
