Cécile Wasjbrot
Cécile Wajsbrot was born in Paris in 1954. She has been involved with the revues Autrement, Les Nouvelles Littéraires andLe Magazine littéraire. She lives partially in Paris, partially in Berlin. Her novels establish a relation between a difficult past and strong individual stories, making silence and suffering resonate in each reader.
